Poll: When is the right age to give your child a cell phone?

Much like recent Miley Cyrus death hoaxes, Robert Pattinson -- star of the weekend's sure-to-be hit Twilight -- was rumored to have died this week.  The actor's reps have assured everyone that Pattinson and his famous head of hair are alive and well. Cue the sound of a million screaming tweens.
